Out'n About! for Outlook

Description

Out'n About! for Outlook contains a presence sensing feature that automatically alerts you when you use your computer and are currently Checked Out to ensure you have not forgotten to check In when returning to the office.

How It Works

Configure Out'n About! for Outlook to detect your presence and set the amount of time you want to delay presence sensing to allow you to complete your tasks before leaving your desk.
In Out Board Advanced Options
When the presence sensing option is turned on and you move your mouse or use your keyboard, the Out'n About! software will automatically prompt you to check in. If you are not ready to check in, you can snooze the presence sensing feature for a specified amount of time by pressing the snooze button.
