The Out'n About! Mobile Reminder feature solves this problem allowing you to automatically forward Outlook Reminders (appointments and tasks) and Out'n About! Check IN Alerts to your mobile phone, pager, or any e-mail address when you are away from your desk.

How It Works

Configure the Out'n About! for Outlook Mobile reminders settings.

If your mobile provider is not listed our uses a different e-mail address than configured in our database, you can select 'Other' and enter the e-mail address associated with your device.

Turn on Out'n About! Mobile Reminders from the main Out'n About! menu or system tray.

When you receive an Outlook Reminder or an Out'n About! Check IN Alert and you do not Snooze or Dismiss the reminder within the configured timeout period (i.e., you are away from your desk), the reminder is automatically forwarded to you mobile device. Mobile Reminder
